Yes. There is no fixed service combination. Depending on your membership, you can choose how to use your included services across eligible Social Pup services, such as grooming, daycare, boarding, vet care, home services, and more.
Every dog accessing Hyde Bark completes a health and behavioral assessment. This helps us maintain a safe, healthy, and enjoyable social environment for all dogs and visitors.
Most pets benefit from regular grooming every 4‑6 weeks, although this may vary depending on breed, coat type, lifestyle, and individual needs. Our groomers can recommend the most suitable grooming schedule for your pet.
Yes. Our groomers are experienced in working with pets of different temperaments and always aim to make the grooming experience as calm and comfortable as possible. Please let us know in advance if your pet is particularly anxious or has any special handling requirements so our team can prepare accordingly.
Appointments are recommended to minimize waiting time and ensure our veterinary team is available for your pet. Walk‑ins are also welcome and can be accommodated depending on availability.
